It’s great for toning your waistline, stability for your shoulder and setting your smaller gluteal muscles. Pilates helps you stretch while strengthening to improve muscle elasticity and joint mobility and also improve pelvic control by strengthening the deeper abdominal and spinal muscles that is an important factor in reducing harmful stress that often leads to long-term back problems. This class is focus on “a stronger core” to bring to improved posture and stabilized whole body. Another important component of pilates is "Body Awareness". This is a simple concept and more efficient movement. This awareness involves taking what you learn and practice in the class and applying it to what you do every day, from sitting at a desk at work to standing in line at the store.

A maximum number of participants in a lesson are 3 groups to take relaxation times called yoga- Savasana and nursing time after pilates exercise. We focus on developing core strength with breathing – the pelvic floor muscles, along with deep muscles of the back and abdomen, form the group of muscles. Whether you are a beginner or expert... welcomes you!
Benefits of postnatal pilates
Offering one of the best ways to get back into shape after having a baby. The benefits of postnatal Pilates class are many. This class is conceived to firm up + strengthen the body's core muscles in order to create a trimmer and sleeker silhouette. By creating a "girdle" around your middle you will have greater strength in your back + stomach muscles and will even increase your arm strength to help you cope with all the bending and lifting you will be doing with your new baby. Pilates will also help to improve your posture so that you will experience far less back pain + tenderness.
When to practice
It is recommended that you wait a minimum of six weeks after delivery to start exercising again. However, if you have had a caesarean section, then it is highly recommended that you wait eight to twelve weeks before starting postnatal Pilates. However, always consult your doctor and inform the teacher at the start of the class where you are in your postnatal phase.
